This is an album that wasn't supposed to exist, since I had no time to start new projects in October, and with less tracks than what it was supposed to have, since there should have been one tune for every day of the month.

It happened because I randomly found a music box application for the Playdate, and plugged it into a Hologram Microcosm. Then I remembered I had more urgent things to do, and I wrapped it up.

Every track is basically a short music box tune, played manually with the Playdate's crank at various speeds, sometimes in reverse, then twisted beyond recognition through numerous audioalchemical processes.

Let's call it "crankbient".

It's possibly spooky.
